Areas of Practice
Economic Policy Research
Dr Kevin Tsui received his PhD in Economics from the University of Chicago, and he was a tenured Associate Professor in the John E. Walker Department of Economics at Clemson University.
Tsui’s research interests are Industrial Organization, Cultural Economics, Public Economics and Regulation, International Political Economy, Natural Resource and Environmental Economics. Tsui’s publications appear in American Economic Journal: Macroeconomics, B.E. Journal of Economic Analysis and Policy, Economic Journal, Economic Theory, Economics and Politics, Energy Policy, Journal of Financial Intermediation, Journal of Public Economics, Journal of Law and Economics, Research in Economics, and Scandinavian Journal of Economics. Tsui was also a visiting fellow of the Hong Kong Institute for Monetary Research.
Public Policy Research
Dr. Wilson Chan completed his PhD at Lancaster University with a thesis on Sino-European relations and port diplomacy.
As one of the leading experts in Hong Kong for EU governance and its foreign policy, contemporary geopolitics and sea power, Chinese diplomacy and external relations of Hong Kong, his insights are widely consulted by global Chinese-speaking media as well as business community in Hong Kong and Europe.

隨著全球暖化,極端天氣愈趨頻密,香港作為沿海城市面對更強烈與頻繁的暴雨,研究顯示未來的降雨強度將增加超四成,並大幅提高水浸及山泥傾瀉的風險。
面對極端天氣,市民需加強防災意識,妥善準備以降低損失。本智庫透過研究、討論及訪談,提出協同應對策略,明確各持份者的角色與責任,確保迅速應對並減少社區和經濟損害。針對未來工作及投資,本智庫就四大範疇提出五項建議。
